International Tray Pads - Enchanced moisture control for fresh meats, fish, poultry and produce in tray pack, bags or modified atmosphere packaging

International Tray Pads' technically advanced pads are now available in the popular grocery sizes of 25, 40, 50 and 65 grams. These pads use mainly FDA super absorbent polymers. This technology combines paper/pulp fibers and an evenly distributed thin layer of super absorbent polymers to hold and retain the exudates within the sealed envelope of the pad. When activated, the polymers neither release nor give back moisture under pressure or over time. This highly desirable property provides 25% - 30% more absorbency than traditional all paper/pulp pads and works especially well in case ready products where an appealing, wholesome package is particulary important.
